dream car

I don't really enjoy driving my big huge van.  In fact, lately I have been fantasizing about having my own little car to drive around when I am not hauling all the kids around.  And the other day this car parked next to me and I was smitten.  It's perfect!  It's red, (my favorite color,) it's cute, and best of all, it's tiny!  It even was convertible.

Sam Payne concert

Last week we had a concert at our house by Sam Payne!  Steve and I have been fans of his for years.  And so this was such an exciting thing for us!  He was super nice and friendly and I enjoyed it a lot.  We invited the youth in the ward, neighbors, family and friends.

Ballerinas

Last week Celeste, Eden, Charity and Hana started taking dance lessons.  Unfortunately I only got one photo of Hana and none of Celeste and Eden.  They are in different classes and even different studios, so I was a bit scattered.  But they all enjoyed it so much and it was pretty fun for both them and me.

Girls Camp

Just got back from Girls Camp today! It went really well. Me, Eden & Celeste all went and we bonded, as well as strengthened our testimonies. We stayed in a super nice cabin at Daniel's Summit. We had 18 young women from our ward attend. It was so neat for me to get to be there with my girls!
I want to name all the girls who came because I hope to never forget any of them or their names:  Ceci Johnson, Melanie (forgot her last name, she isn't in our ward,)  Rachael Davis, Kayla Ruud, Ari Utykanski, Camryn Hansen, Hailey Masey, Ariel Anderson, Kiera and Kalysha Fox, Celeste, Nicole Paepke, Maile Keys, Madi Lowe, Eden, Anna Drossart, Shanel Johnson, and Britney Barlow.
The leaders were all so wonderful at what they did and great women.  For the sake of making sure I never forget them, I will name them too:  Brooke King, me, Tamara Follett, Rachel Everett, Amy Seely, Brooke Alders.  Later we had Megan Hansen, Katie Lowe and Kelly Anderson show up.  The men who came were great too:  Brother Paepke, Drossart, Parry, Warner, Barlow, Conder, and our Bishop.
The Spirit in testimony meeting was so wonderful as it always is at Girls Camp.  I am grateful to get to be in Young Womens for that reason, (among others.)
