Fun times

Poor Charity fell into our window well.  We felt so lucky that all she came out of that accident with was a few scratches and bruises.  But it was pretty cute how the kids all pampered her up, set her up with treats, a drink, and snuggling toys.
Steve and I got to go see the Peter Brienholt concert at Sundance.  Anna and Trent went with us. Such a fun time.
We had a family fun day activity to Color Me Mine.  I let everyone get a large dinner plate to paint just how they wanted.  Even little Sambo painted his footprints on his plate.  We will be using them for dinners once we get them back.  We all can't wait!  In fact, the kids have been driving me a little crazy asking me over and over when our plates will be ready for pickup.  This was probably our most favorite FFD we've had in a long time.  And to make it even better, we'll have our souvenirs of it to see every night at dinner.
Sam eating his birthday cake.  What a cutie.

Just a bunch of random little family videos

If you watch none of these videos, I don't blame you.  These are the kind of videos that only close family would truly enjoy.  There is only one exception:  this first video of my Dad.  It's priceless.

Jonah took his baby sister on this ride.  He's such a great big brother.

Our New House

The view of what we see behind our house and beside it.  We love these views!
I just realized I never posted the photos of our new house on the blog.  Here they are.  It's pretty excessive, but I am putting these on here for our own family's sake.  So some day years and years from now, we can be reminded of every nook and cranny (maybe even every white porcelain toilet,)  of this home and how it looked when we first moved in.  These photos were taken 10 days after moving in.  We've been here now about 3.5 months and we've done some improvements like getting the yard landscaped and a fence put in, and a little bit more decorating,  but there have also been plenty of dings and scratches and smudges.  We've broken it in quite well.  And we love this house.

Steve's office.  He works from home one work day a week, and most evenings and Saturdays.  While he goes in to the office the other days.
