Hiking

 Yesterday for FFD we went hiking in Austin. Jonah told us about a place he liked to hike by the ACC Northridge Campus and we all really liked it.

 Steve kept jumping back and forth from side to side of the creek, and it was making Charity freak out! She was so scared her daddy was gonna die. But he made it through safe and sound, fortunately!

 I gave Cessie my phone so she could take some photos and she got some good ones for me.

 We spent some time at a park on the path. It was a gorgeous day.

 Becca had brought her acarena which has kind of an eerie sound to it. But she has kind of mastered it.

Performance weekend

 

Becca is in a dance class at school and they performed on Friday night. They had a sassy jazz routine and Becca was front and center for all of it. She nailed it!

 And the Bobcats competed in another tournament on Saturday and won!

Andy’s 16th Birthday

Andy’s 16th birthday was on a Tuesday this year. But the day before there was no school. So we did his date then. He and I went out to breakfast at Panera, then we went to the movies to see Rampage. He asked to bring Hana along for the movie and lunch, so we did. He and Hana are very close these days. After the movie, we got them lunch at In N Out, then went shopping for his birthday present. He spent his birthday money, plus money he had earned and saved, to buy himself a pre-owned Xbox. He was pretty excited about it!

The next day I brought him Whataburger to school for lunch, and we had pizza and his favorite dessert, pumpkin pies for dinner with the family. Overall a nice birthday I think.

I can’t believe he is 16 now! 
Andy has made Steve and I so proud with all the progress he has made. We love him!

Another Tournament

The Bobcats played and won a tournament yesterday!

Studio/Gym

So excited for our new studio/gym! We converted the garage and put in these beautiful harlequin sprung flooring, barres and an awesome sound system. We just still need mirrors and marley.

Fixing things up

Lately we have been working on some projects in our yard and home. First was raking an insane amount of leaves from our yard. The bags of leaves pictured here was only about 1/3-1/2 of it.

Steve Tackled our palm tree that desperately needed some pruning.

Steve also put together this shed so that we can move things out of our garage in order to make a small dance studio/gym in there. We are almost done with that project! I will post photos of that when we're done.
