Matson Kids

Yesterday I took Em's kids out.  We went to Bushnell Park, had ice cream, climbed the Bushnell Arch, went out for pizza and games at Nomads.  We had a great time!
Today after church we visited Nash's grave, (the baby they lost in January.)

Sister time

I am in Connecticut with Emily right now. I came here to help her out because she's been really sick the last few days.  We don't know for sure what is wrong yet, but are hoping to get answers soon.

Steve's bike

Steve has been dreaming of getting this bike for so long and finally got it. He is in bike heaven!  It has a motor and he uses it to commute to work.

Celeste's date

Celeste had her first date! She isn't 16 for a few more months, but when Colton Friant asked her, he said his parents would be with them; so we gave her the ok.  But apparently his parents took off part way through the date.  They went to the High School football game.  Luckily Anna and Trent were there and we got this photo.  :)

Marathon

I ran another marathon.  I sucked it, but finished! I was sick and and having a lot of digestive issues with vomiting and such.  It was awful.  There were a lot of moments that I could hardly even walk, much less run.  It was the toughest race for me.  I have been struggling with stomach stuff during some of my races recently and trying to figure out why.
I had a good laugh when I picked up my race packet the night before and saw the name on my bib.  I had a vague recollection of them asking for a nickname when I registered.  It seemed like a strange question.  I didn't realize it would be on my bib.
The race took these photos & posted them on Crackbook.  They were horribly embarrassing because half of them were of me looking like I was gonna die.  But these were the halfway decent ones.

Sam Turns 3

Sam and I had a fun Mommy date on his birthday.  We went swimming, to Kangaroo Zoo, Chuck E Cheese's, and shopping.
His birthday dinner pick was pizza.
