Mini-moon 2012 NY NY!

This trip rocked!  Thanks to Tim & Brenda, we were able to take this trip.
They stayed with our kids while we were gone.
We got to see Wicked on Broadway!

We walked and walked and walked all over NYC.  And loved it.

 We chilled in Central Park.

We went to the Manhattan Temple where I had a miserably embarrassing experience.  The short of it was that I walked around the temple with my dress accidentally tucked up my upper back, revealing my behind.
 We saw Times Square.

We got lost in the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

We enjoyed staying at a really great resort in Rhode Island.
 We toured an unbelievable mansion.

We hung out with Steve's brothers and their cute families.
We stayed in Chelsea District during Gay Pride month.  Our hotel room had this view of the Empire State Building all lit up in rainbow colors.
We took a boat to Liberty and Ellis Islands.
We saw the Statue of Liberty.  Do you know the statue is only as thick as a penny?  It's hollow.

We also saw American Ballet Theater perform Swan Lake, the Metropolitan Museum of Natural History, attended a Presbyterian Church service, took the subway, drove ourselves in intense traffic, ran, and took cabs all over, and did lots of yummy eating.  It was perfect and I am dreaming of doing it all over again.  And again.
