Game w/friends

Yesterday Steve and I were able to go to a UT basketball game with the Findleys. We love this family and are happy they went out on a blind double date with us a couple of years ago. Since then, they have become such dear friends that we love.

Gymnastics

Charity and Sam started up gymnastics again. This was their first class. They loved it and did so well!

The other day while we were getting our carpets cleaned I took the kids to Dave and Busters.

Vacation part 3

On day three, this group of us went out on a hike. It was chilly, but we enjoyed it still.

Vacation part 2

After Six Flags, we took everyone out to eat dinner at IHOP.

They also had a couple of very nice pools and a hot tub. Connor and Jonah took Charity and Sam swimming one day.

We toured a couple of beautiful churches in Fredericksburg.

And we went to a candy store where Janice bought a couple of nasty sodas and dared some of the kids to drink them. Here becca is drinking corn flavored soda.

We toured Fort Martin Scott in Fredericksburg. I believe they told us this was the first US military post in Texas. They had the original jail cells the kids tried out.

Vacation part 1

So the day after Christmas we drove to Hunt Texas to stay at Janice and Jay's time share with her and Connor and Allie.

The first day the kids hung out around the table and played card games.

We also did a LOT of TV watching and relaxing throughout the trip.
