We ran into our new friends the Zartuche’s there, as well, and Drew and her mom too!

Another fun ODD

Unfortunately the big group shot, (which I heard we had about 30-something people come out,) turned out pretty blurry. But the evening was seriously so great!

Volunteer of the year

I was asked to get a dance prepared for the Boys and Girl’s Club Annual Banquet, for the entertainment.

Which I happily did.

What they did not tell me was that they were going to award me this.

It was a surprise and touching how it all played out that night. I was just really touched.

Anna’s 21st bday!

They are not much of fans of getting their photo taken, but Derek and Anna were kind enough to comply when they were over for her birthday. :)

It is so crazy she is 21!

Catastrophic Haircut

I thought about going really short for a long time. And finally on Valentine’s Day, I had my moment.

I went to “my guy” Chris, whom I have loved for 4 years now. 

He basically gave me ptsd from this cut.

I wish I had gotten a photo of the back to prove it, but this cut was legit a mullet. 

I spiraled and wore a headscarf for a few days while I considered just shaving my head.

Fortunately, after a BUNCH of crying, my besties helped me pick up the pieces and I got it redone somewhere else.

I dont love it. 

But I have stopped hating it. 

So that is good!
