For the first time we celebrated Kwanza this year. We did a very sloppy job of it, but it was busy and it was hard to get in all the typical traditions. We did learn some things though. It's not a bad holiday. I bought some traditional decorations and African shirts and necklaces and we talked about the 7 core values of Kwanza.
