Andy’s First Time Voting

He only voted on two things: President- Biden, County Sheriff- Gleason.

It was an exciting moment for us for a lot of reasons.

Our week

Jonah has had a big week. I don’t want to commentate too much on it, as I think I should just post what he has come out and said publicly. So I am just going to post a few of his social media posts from this week here.

Lunch date with Steve and another time with kids.

Also I had a fun time teaching Kamber and some of her friends a yoga class over Zoom this week.

Charity showed me this week that she can do a full lotus sit!

Anna, Eden, and their Boyfriends- Roadtrip

Anna, Derek, Eden and Moses, all took a roadtrip up to Utah. The girls wanted to show their boyfriends where they spent much of their growing up years. They did not have time to do all the things they would have liked, but they squeezed in Arches and Zions National Parks.

Anna said it was exhausting, but they all really enjoyed themselves.
And apparently the guys were duly impressed with all they got to see.

Sam’s book

We have been getting through a lot of Magic Treehouse books lately, but this book was a classic, and much longer than the Magic Treehouse books. This week Sam and I finished reading "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" together. 

We enjoyed it, but mostly loved our time together!

Once I posted this, Charity came in to let me know that she is actually the original maker of this recipe! But she gave Sam permission to take the credit, haha!

Happenings Lately

My guy❤️

Andy started a new job at Walmart a couple of weeks ago. It has been going pretty well for him so far!

We had a book club meet up on Zoom as a birthday project for Hana to discuss racism. It went well and we were grateful for the people who came and were supportive.

I started a new business mentorship program and finding your voice program for yoga! So far so good! Excited about it!


I painted this plate on an FFD for Sam’s first birthday. 

Well Sam accidentally broke it the other day.

But I sure had some good memories with this plate!

Speaking of Sam, he got this irritating heat rash this week. Finally cleared up thankfully yesterday!


I also started teaching as a real, paid, teacher for a yoga studio this week! Was so excited and nervous I cried right before.

Steve came to studio on that first class to support. And June too. 

And we have been babysitting a really sweet dog of our friends this week. It has been so fun for us to have him here!
