I taught my first public yoga class for Soul Strong Yoga, via Zoom, on July 16!
I also achieved my first balancing headstand on my 199th consecutive day of taking at least one yoga class.
I had not practiced them much. Only tried a few times with a wall while I was in my 200hr teacher training. So it was exciting to discover that I could do it!
I have also really enjoyed teaching my brother and his family yoga classes over Zoom the past month. They’ve been great students, and so kind to me as I get my bearings with teaching yoga.
Steve has remained diligent in his daily practice too. It’s all his own desire because it has helped his back sciatica and disk issues a bunch! So it really motivates him to stick with it.
