I did it
As an update. I'll have you know that the nasty pan is now sparkling and properly stowed. I was also able to get the car washed and vacuumed out, the house picked up, the groceries bought, and I volunteered at the school. I even cooked dinner and homework was done tonight. We had FHE and it made for a good day. It doesn't take much to make me feel powerful. And I am feeling pretty good now. I hope tomorrow is another good day.

Wow, you're my inspiration for good housekeeping. After reading your post, I went out and opened our car to see if it needs to be cleaned... yep, it does. Just see how motivated I was by your spurt of energy?!
