Our beautiful daughter graduated from Middle School on Tuesday. (9th grade.) This girl is a genius and so gifted intellectually. Unfortunately, she hasn't always been the best student. Her first term, she had straight A's, but let her grades wane over the course of the year. Much to my stress and dismay. So we were ok to have her finished with the grades she did, which were: 1-C, 1-B, and the rest A's.
All 6 of our school aged children have been going to Lakeview Academy, a public charter school for the past few years. So this was Celeste's 4th and final year there. It's such a fantastic school. Her 9th Grade class was fairly small, so the graduation was very personal and intimate. We liked that. They did a slideshow with a spotlight on each of the students.
