Excuses
Why haven't I posted about my trip yet? Because I'm crazy sick! I woke up Monday morning with a fever and head flu. By the afternoon I knew I had the stomach flu too. It was a miserable day. Yesterday was a bit of an improvement but I awoke at 2 am last night puking up blood. Still got the head stuff going on too. So there you have it. I'll download photos, and post about my trip when I'm doing better.

I'm so sorry!! Its my fault for spreading the grossness. It hit me the night I got home too. I can't remember the last time I've been so sick! Get better. It was so great to see you and I miss you already!

I'm sorry Amanda! I hope you're feeling better soon. I think you should call the doctor about the puking blood thing. That's not good. We've had a bit of the yuckies here too.
Wait, wait, I missed the puking "blood" part, read dalanas comment and did a double take. Definitely call your doc!!<--professional advice.

Holy cow MM! Please tell me the puking blood thing has stopped. I know I'm just a Humanities major who graduated in 5 years but I'm thinking that isn't a normal part of the stomach flu.
No need to panic people. The puking blood didn't last long. I did call the doc and she said I likely burst a blood vessel/s from lots of rigorous coughing and vomiting. Which made sense.
She suggested coming in but I told her I thought I was getting better and would call if that changed. I really felt too sick to dress and leave my bed.
I'll live, although dying did cross my mind.
I hope you feel better soon, my friend. It's no fun being sick under the best of circumstances but when you are already under the weather with pregnancy stuff, it just makes it so much worse. You're such a trooper.
