We woke up to a beautifully snowy morning. It's the fun snow. You know, the fun flakes that are big and fluffy! The kids forgot about getting ready for school and catching the bus. The bus passed us by unnoticed. It's gonna be a great day! I love these people more than life itself.
Fun! I wish it would snow here this year. It is currently sunny and warm, but we have had two snow storms since I've lived in Las Vegas--very unusual. The snow caused total chaos, since Las Vegans are not equip to handle snow--school canceled, socks for gloves, trash bags for sleds, etc. I'll have to dig out my evidence and post it.
I was worried my kids would want to do the same thing, so I kept all the blinds shut. They didn't see it until we were backing out of the garage. What a funner mom you are. And now it is all melted, so I will have to wait for another snow day for a chance to be fun!
WHAT??!!! I just had some frozen dew at my house with rain that was just barely snow. Not nearly enough for a snowman!!! If I had I would certainly be pulling out my camera for the blog.
Carpe deim! When I read this it reminded me what at fun and spontanious friend I have. I'm so happy to see that motherhood has not changed that in you Amanda! I'll bet your kids gained more in those minutes or hour of fun than they would in the day to day gind of bus rides and school. I remember being at this serious all you do is dance all day camp in PA and one day I'm like, why didn't you go to class Amanda? Amanda replys, the weather was gorgous and I wanted to roller blade. I thought that was the coolest excuse for cutting class. Sometimes the best moments are unscripted! Stacy from NY:)

No fair!! I want snow! Instead, we are enjoying a sunny, 80 degree day!
I miss the snow. I sure hope it snows for Christmas this year.

Those pictures are so cute. I'm so glad we didn't wake up to snow though. It is cold!
