It started with date night. Anna and Trent were with us. We ate this:
Oh mommy is was tasty!
Then we saw this guy perform:
It made me want to make Steve play the piano more and get back to where he used to be.
The next day we saw these muscle men kick some butt!
Playing in the white stuff:
Micah's bday celebration:
New Sunday dresses and seeing Anna lead her ward choir:
Then dinner with all the Bishops with no images :( But good times.

And I wasn't even invited. How rude.
Quite a week, but i am pretty sure you left some things out, like braving the cold to do your last minute Christmas shopping. Either that, or you really did finish early, or you are planning on doing that this week.
You guys know how to properly set priorities. Looked like a really fun weekend; Gus and I are going to have to get more creative.
Awesome week!!! Your kids are so adorable by the way.
So fun and I love those Sunday dresses (and Jonah looks quite handsome too!)
Christmas shopping has been all done for a while now Katie. It's easy when you skimp your kids at Christmas time. My budgets for them has always been below $30 each.
Whoa less than $30? You need to tell us how you manage that. I need a lesson. Looks like you had a fun weekend!

I don't know how to explain it other than we say we aren't going to spend more than $30 total and we don't. It's always been that way, so our kids don't expect a lot and they don't expect things that cost a lot either. Oddly enough they are happy kids each year with what we get them. It doesn't ever seem to occur to them they are being skimped at all because they've never known otherwise. It also helps TONS that we don't get TV channels where they are inundated with toy commercials.
